Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of wearcloverse.com and any order you place with WEARCLOVERSE LLP (“WearCloverse”, “we”, “us”). By using the store you accept them.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Our products

Pieces are produced in small, numbered runs. Embroidery is finished by hand, so minor variation in stitch placement and density between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Colours may appear differently on your screen than in person.

3. Prices and availability

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time before you order. Stock is limited and is not reserved until your order is confirmed. We may limit quantities per customer, and we may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error, where we suspect fraud, or where we believe the order is for unauthorised resale.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance, and the contract between us, is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched — not when you receive the order confirmation email.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Where an address is entered incorrectly and the parcel is returned to us, we may ask you to pay re-shipping.

7. Returns

All sales are final. Please read our Refund Policy before ordering — it forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All artwork, embroidery designs, graphics, photography, copy, the WearCloverse name and the logo are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them — including to manufacture similar garments — without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or copy the store, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or represent yourself as an authorised reseller of our products without our written agreement.

10. Content you submit

If you send us photos or tag us publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce that content on our store and social channels with credit. You can ask us to stop using it at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The store is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
