Dense multi-thread embroidery made using wash-away stabilizers for a clean, raised finish. A small amount of fluff around the embroidery after the first wash is normal as the stabilizer dissolves — nothing to worry about.
Minor variations in stitching, thread placement, tension, or density may occur due to the nature of machine embroidery. These are natural characteristics of the process and are not defects.
Care
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang dry or air dry whenever possible. Avoid bleach and high heat. Do not iron directly over the embroidery; turn the garment inside out and use low heat if needed.

How is each piece made?
Every piece is carefully prepared and embroidered in small batches. Each design is digitally digitized stitch by stitch and then brought to life using multi-thread embroidery machines with premium threads and wash-away stabilizers.
We take extra care with the stitching, finishing, and placement of every design to create a raised, tactile finish that feels as good as it looks.
Because each piece is individually embroidered, minor variations in stitching, thread placement, tension, or density may occur. These are natural characteristics of the embroidery process and are not considered defect
When will my order ship?
Orders typically take around 1–3 weeks from the date of purchase to be processed, shipped, and delivered to the customer.
As each piece may require preparation and embroidery, delivery times can vary depending on your location and the order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on your order status.

Can I return or exchange a piece?
No — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or fit.
